- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery: 10-18 business days (varies by item and destination).
- Express / US-warehouse items: 5-8 business days where noted on the product page.

Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or incorrect items: full replacement or refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
- Change of mind: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, original-condition items. Customer covers return shipping; a $5 restocking fee applies to offset original shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Nook Kits: the full kit must be returned together for a refund; individual kit components cannot be partially returned.
